Body Language

Non-verbal communication makes up from 65%-95% of the way we communicate. A big part of non-verbal communication is body language. Rules may be different in different countries. For example, in some cultures, it is not polite to look someone in the eyes if he or she is in a higher position. In the United States, eye contact is very important.
